Participants in Canoe 101 will learn: 
– Personal preparedness, weather/wind/water/waves, Parts of the canoe, entering and exiting a canoe safely, paddling technique and strokes, steering, handling capsized canoes/rescue techniques,  hazards, teamwork, and places to enjoy canoeing
