October 28, 2021 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm EDT
Thanks to Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union for sponsoring this free, family-friendly, outdoor music series hosted by Outdoor Chattanooga which gathers around a campfire at the City of Chattanooga’s Greenway Farm Park.
All ages are invited to come out to unplug and enjoy an autumn evening in the park. Bring your blankets and chairs, marshmallow roasting stick and perhaps a picnic supper; then sit back and enjoy live music in a rustic outdoor setting. The concerts occur on Thursdays in October beginning at 7 p.m and ending at 9 p.m. The stage is located on the porch of the Sniteman Log Cabin behind the gardens at Greenway Farm Park. Parking is in the big field.

Thursday, October 7 ~ Lou Wamp and The Bluetastics
Lou Wamp and a company of veteran pickers both honor the bluegrass tradition and give it a new kick. They love to infuse the music with their own arrangements, original compositions, and nods to other genres of sound.
Thursday, October 14 ~ The Briars
The Briars are a Chattanooga based Americana duo featuring modern, melodic songs with acoustic textures rooted in traditional American music. Jerris Schmidt and Robert Lovett, share lead and harmony vocals, on guitar and percussion, write their own music and cover favorite artists, such as Brandi Carlile, Bob Dylan, Hank Williams, and Gillian Welch
Thursday, October 21 ~ Nicholas Edward Williams
Nicholas Edward Williams blends American folk songwriting with Piedmont blues and Travis-style fingerpicking, melodic vocals, rolling harmonica, whistling and a stomp box, crossing with his own brand of satire, simple honesty, and vivid imagery that translates into energetic live shows. The variety of his influences is evident in his songs, from Doc Watson to Mississippi John Hurt, and John Prine, creating a sound that feels familiar, yet new.
Thursday, October 28 ~ Stringer’s Ridge Band
Stringer’s Ridge is a string band that crosses musical and geographic boundaries, playing mostly instrumental tunes, with diverse and eclectic influences and a strong focus on Celtic, Old-Time, and String Band music—that could veer off into other eclectic/world/fiddle genres at a moment’s notice.
