Join Outdoor Chattanooga for a free walking tour to help guide you into a practice of enjoying any natural environment and consciously connecting with what’s around you. The walk is at a leisurely pace, rated easy, along a mountain stream and will provide frequent stops for a variety of micro workshops regarding the forest bathing technique.
