Join Outdoor Chattanooga for a beginner friendly kayak tour to Maclellan Island, owned by Chattanooga Audubon Society, located in the heart of downtown.  Outdoor Chattanooga’s guide staff will provide basic instruction then lead a leisurely paddle from the north shore to the island to engage in a stewardship weed wrangle and trail clean up. Chattanooga Audubon Society is also hosting a naturalist-led hike to educate volunteers on the wildlife and history of the island. All equipment is provided including our stable 12 foot Wilderness Systems Pungo recreational kayaks.

Adults and kids ages 10 and older are welcome. No experience is necessary!!!
