Join Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park in partnership with Outdoor Chattanooga for a FREE, 3 hour guided kayak tour to explore Chattanooga’s Civil War waterways as a host National Park Ranger provides a historical narrative of the Battle of Ringgold Gap from the kayak.

The National Park Partners sponsor this kayak tour to give visitors the opportunity to paddle the quiet waters of Chickamauga Creek to learn about the rich Civil War and American Indian history associated with Lookout Mountain and Moccasin Bend from a National Park Ranger and historian.

Directions to the launch site will be provided with a reservation confirmation.
Participation is limited for quality of the experience and safety.

REGISTRATION WILL OPEN 10 days before this program.
